| Mechanic, B level |
Knowledge and some experience on AMF 82-70 machine is necessary |
| Pinchasers, C level |
Likes to work with tools and equipment; be part of the clean-up crew |
| Cooks |
Experience as a cook is required; knowledge on the use various kitchen equipment a must; ability to do menu planning, purchasing and inventory control of kitchen supplies |
| Cashier and Front Desk Customer Relation |
Knowledge of cash registers and customer service oriented person |
| Wait Staff |
some experience in food service is a plus |
| Bartenders |
BASSET certification is required. Some knowledge and experience of bartendering is a plus |
| Helpers and Customer Assistance |
Must be at least 16 years old; clean-up crew |
